The Cindy Cody team sold our house (in Eastbridge) 2 years ago and we were totally satisfied with the service. Any items such as luggage that you are not including in the goods to be moved, should be kept separate so they will not be moved in error. The sale of our family home, located in Kitchener, on behalf of our mother who has moved into a retirement residence was a very positive experience. Our agent, Krista MacKay, is personable, knowledgeable, experienced and professional. From the date our property was listed until it we had a firm sale the whole process took less than one week and it sold well above our asking price.

Debbie Stefan just sold our house for us. She is very professional, kind, and thoughtful and best of all she had an excellent strategy to maximize the value we got for our house and to have it sell quickly. I’m not sure where to start with the compliments. Kathrina and Courtney were the agents you dream of. The Cindy Cody team and especially Jonathon did an amazing job helping us with the sale of my Mom's home. He was very professional, easy to get along with and understand. Any questions we had were answered in a better than normal time frame. He explained all of the hard to understand legal terms of the contract and even made recommendations of Lawyer firms.
