I just sold a house in Kitchener with Mike. Overall a great experience with a phenomenal outcome. The main value was the strong recommendations he made in terms of investments into renos, landscaping, staging etc to maximize profit within our time and budget constraints. We recently purchased our house with Mike Bolger from Coldwell Banker and had a wonderful experience. Mike was great at explaining the entire process and answering the many questions that we had. He always provided us with plenty of house that was available. The best part was that Mike negotiated our offer with the seller and we got the house for… the price that we wanted. We had the option to sign paperwork electronically which was very convenient for us and our busy schedules. Mike was very professional and made our real estate transaction easy.
