Had Sheldon and Jeff from Mighty Clean in today to do our furnace and carpets. They care they show in the job they do is awesome. From vacuuming the carpets before cleaning them (something no other cleaners have done) to walking me through everything they were doing and why. I'd highly recommend them and will be using them again.

My review is strictly based on customer service, because I ended up NOT going with Mighty Clean for my carpets after all.
Getting in contact with this company is painful. After not receiving a response to multiple emails from the "contact us" section of their website, I decided to find their number and call them to receive and estimate and book a cleaning. When I called I was told to go back to the contact section on the website and fill out the form again, and they would call me back after reviewing it. So I did this, and was expecting a phone call. I did not receive a call or email

I had purchased a sofa, and the delivery guys had made an unfortunate mess with their dirty hands on my beautiful new *light* blue fabric sofa. (The delivery guys decided to unwrap it to get it through all the doors. Note to self for next time: don't let them do that.)
The store I purchased from was helpful and arranged the cleaning from Mighty Clean, they addressed all the soiled areas like it has never happened!
They arrived on time, and as I live in a secure building, one of the gents offered to supervise the open door due to their hoses. Perhaps next time I'll see if we can
