I was referred to Sheila by a contractor and did some research on her myself. She seemed very well established, and I met with her. I had met with a couple of other agents as well. Sheila was positive, approachable, upbeat and easy to talk to. I felt she was very confident in her abilities and that she would do her very best for me, and she did. I found her to be knowledgeable, reliable, flexible and professional, so I can't ask for more than that. She got the job done and I followed her recommendations as I trusted her judgment.
