I use multiple techniques depending on the needs of my clients. I am trained in Swedish & Deeper Tissue techniques. I incorporate IASTM using the FAT tool, stretching, joint mobilizations and kinesiology taping into my treatments. I have been welcomed into the homes of many wonderful wellness oriented residents, of all ages and activity levels, with a variety treatment of needs.
