Massage therapy is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, which include, muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Manipulation can be done utilizing a variety of techniques including Swedish massage techniques, trigger point therapy, deep tissue techniques, hydrotherapy, joint mobilizations and stretches.
