This company is a class act! Our Volvo broke down and it was towed to Valley West Autohaus. Although, they were fully booked for two weeks, Samantha (I hope that’s the correct woman’s name) took the time to investigate the problem. She went as far as writing down the issue she thought it was for the dealership. All this when they were paving their lot on the weekend and offered to let us keep the car there and didn’t charge us for anything! Thank you so much! I would never take my car anywhere else!

Wow, what a knowledgeable, and honest team here. They truly care for your vehicle and want to make sure it's well taken care of. I have never brought my BMW anywhere other than to a BMW dealership for servicing, but now that I've found these guys, I know where my BMW will be going in future. My impression is they are very trustworthy people. I'm truly impressed with these guys.

Excellent service. Fair price. I’m always a bit sceptical trying out a new place to service my wife’s Audi TT. Roger was fair, honest and professional. One of the brake callipers stuck while in storage. They inspected, serviced and told us no new parts needed. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We have used these guys a few times over the years, which in itself is a good recommendation.
They have been polite, reliable, fair and honest, and work has been to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Clear billing makes it reasonably easy for people with little knowledge of autos to understand what work has been done, and why.

Valley Autohaus always does a fantastic and extremely professional job on our BMW. At one point our car needed a repair that meant that I could not drive the car 300kms to my home. They were going to be closed the next day, but Valley Autohaus went above and beyond the call of duty, made the time for us, and got the job done. Our BMW only goes to Valley Autohaus.

Horrible place. They will take advantage of you and rip you off. Roger is very condescending towards women and even told me " you probably have no clue how vehicles work". 600$ for him to tell me what is wrong with my vehicle and fix a burnt out headlight even after I clearly explained to him DO NOT FIX ANYTHING.

I have been using Valley West for over 12 years and have never been anything but fully satisfied. It looked like a broken rear coil on my car the other day but when they were going to replace it they determined that it was just a surface scar. Rather than replace it needlessly they sent the parts back and proved yet again that they are a truly ethical business!! Incredible!!

I had a complete brake job done at this place (new disks, calipers,pads). Less than 1 year later I had warped calipers on the drivers side. When I called, this shop was vague about whose problem it was and wanted to book an appointment more than a week away. The shimmy from the warped disks had become so bad that I decided to repair it myself in my driveway. When I replaced the warped disks and one caliper again, I noted that in the original job there had been no lube put on the calipers. Binding calipers can cause warped disks.
