Services
This service is where we take your tires off and rotate them to help them wear evenly while you drive around. This service is where we take either your summer tires off your vehicle and swap them with your winters or vice versa. Both sets of tires must be on rims, if they are not mount and balance rate will be applied.
When your diesel vehicle is running rough, miss firing, or lacking in power there is many tests that can be performed to diagnose why. These tests are usually billed individually but we did not find that cost effective. This service covers every test in order to pin point the cause of your vehicles fault.

Kind thorough service. Brian's team went the extra mile to find creative solutions when parts weren't available. They found compatible, less expensive parts, all in the same day! Also, I got to see clear pictures of what was going on and ask as many questions as I needed to understand. Brian also educated me on how I can prevent the same issue in the future. I often feel vulnerable going to a new mechanic, but after visiting BD I feel much more at ease that I have found a trustworthy mechanic in Courtenay. Five stars for sure.

You exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The brakes and battery were replaced and the price tag was considerably less than I'd anticipated!
When a nail was discovered in a rear tire, when a wiper blade was found to be needing replacement, you looked after these things.

I have been looking for a good reliable mechanic for a long time. I've had my car in and out of multiple shops trying to narrow down a sweet smell (which normally means coolant leak) from my car. Three mechanic shops told me nothing was wrong with my car. One left my windows open in a rain storm. Brought it to BD auto within the the hour they had found a hairline Crack in my radiator. Also the only place that as acknowledged that there was something wrong with my transmission. They even knew what to do to fix it and sent me to Nissan to get it reset. Since that appointment at Nissan I haven't had
