Primarily a signpost manufacturer and rental business, we also complete custom designed wooden posts to your specifications upon request.
My Sign Guy manufactures original custom wooden posts for use in advertising. Most of our business is in real estate marketing, we also provide heavy duty, stylish wooden posts for other businesses for rent or purchase. Our service agreement includes installation and removal of rental posts, signs, and storage for local realtors on Vancouver Island.
The first step should be notifying the owner of the property which your real estate sign and accompanying post are going to be installed on. In the case of strata property, the strata manager must be contacted to ensure the real estate sign and post is allowed and if so, where? Notifying the property owners or manager will prevent signs and posts being installed in the incorrect position and the extra costs to re-install.
This involves many steps, so providing the installer with as much notice as possible can help ensure your signs are visible when needed. While we endeavor to have your signs installed and removed as quickly as possible, in areas outside Nanaimo, notice is required. For the same reason, if your signs should not be installed until a certain date please notify us.
