Ben Moss Jewellers was established in 1910 as one of Canada's first independent and family-owned fine jewellery store companies. It unfortunately suffered from external forces that left it financially vulnerable in recent years and a wholesaler acquired the chain in 2013. Founded in 1972 by Richard Calder, Charm Diamond Centres, with Crescent Gold and Diamonds, is Canada's largest independently owned and operated jewellery company.

Awful customer service at the willow brook location.
If you purchased a watch there a few years ago they no longer offer free battery for life. How do they give you something as an incentive to buy from them then take it away? The staff there are not professional when dealing with customer service issues. Oh and just an fyi don't have your watch repaired by their watch maker either. They are over priced and they quality of the repairs are poor.
