We went to W.K. Chan to have a stone placed in a setting . Upon entering David was very friendly and has great energy. He was very informative and helpful by sharing his knowledge on the stone, how the stone was formed, grading system and helping us chose a setting that would showcase our stone beautifully. We highly recommend W.K. Chan. A+ service

Mr. David Chan was able to help me find the perfect ring for my wife, customized to our needs and liking. A late anniversary/early Christmas surprise. He was thorough, clear and made the whole process simple and easy. It was also very fast and came in a lot earlier than initially dated. I bought an engagement ring for my fiancée and he shared his knowledge with me the whole way through, stuck to my budget and worked hard to get me the best diamond he could! He even sent some back after buying them cause they weren’t up to his standard. Due to covid and the current times I thought the experience of purchasing and engagement ring would be a drag and extremely difficult! I was getting pretty tired of ring shopping until I came to see David. He was a pleasure to deal with and he was able to meet every expectation I had when picking out the perfect ring. From customization to timing, David took care of it all. He asked what my price was at the beginning and we were easily able to narrow down what we wanted.
