Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy is an essential part of the health and community/welfare delivery systems which provides individuals with services to restore and maintain maximum movement and functional ability throughout their lifetime. We, as physical therapists, operate not only as members of health service provider teams in hospitals and other facilities but also as independent practitioners.

We have an extensive body of knowledge to assess, diagnose and treat numerous medical conditions and injuries. Furthermore, we are involved in the promotion of health and well being, prevention and modification of environmental, home and work barriers to ensure full participation in society.
