I've been bringing my car here for years and I'm always impressed by how knowledgeable Keith and Don are, no matter how strange the issue is they always figure it out and then fix it. On top of that, they're honest, and fair with their pricing.

Amazing! I normally do all the work to my truck myself but currently I am working far too many hours and it’s a little cold to pull it apart as I do all my work in my drive way. I called DOK with two issues one I needed fixed immediately. My entire back light system went wild I had zero back lights, no reverse lights, and when I would turn on my… turn signal all back lights would flash including reverse lights making it look like a cop car. Kind of a problem when I work night shift. I was extremely impressed with DOK they couldn’t get me in for 2 days so they suggested I try

I scheduled an appointment due to grinding of my brakes and within two days I came in at 1 pm and left shortly after 2 with everything done. And not a lot of money out of my pocket. Both my back brakes were put on and brand new and an inspection was done to make sure nothing else was wrong. I waited to write my review to make sure no new “mystery” problems appeared on my car and nothing!! It’s now road safe again and in perfect working order. I will be sure to come back again. I will recommend Dok to friends and family. Thanks so much!!

DOK Automotive was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. My decision to try them was based on the emphasis of 2 words, knowledgeable and honest . They are indeed that and more. Don and Keith , (aka Jeff...😂) are both more then willing to take the time to answer my questions & concerns. Never tried to upsell or add on to the list of unnecessary & costly repairs. They also make you feel like a valued customer verses an ID# at a large chain. If you want your vehicle serviced by experienced, knowledgeable mechanics that happen to have good old fashioned sense of people skills then look no further

Booked an appointment 7 days in advance, Garage had my vehicle for 6 days to do an oil change and basic maintenance.
I had to call them several times to check if the work was Complete. It wasn't, I'm writing this while waiting for them to finish.
when I went to pick up my car I found they hadn't enabled service mode for the air suspension, before putting it on the hydraulic lift. claiming "they never do" and it's "been on the lift 5 times" - they reacted like me asking if they did due diligence was some sort of crazy ask.
