Action Tire & Auto Services has two locations at 40 Morrow Rd. and 696 Bayview Drive in Barrie, ON, offering new tire, wheel, and tire service, and automotive repair and service at both locations. Fast and excellent service from super nice and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable waiting area with TV. This team did exactly what they said they would do plus more! I went in for new brakes and they even cleaned my rims and reset a faulting washer fluid sensor. Great experience with a company that goes above and beyond for their clients. 5/5 will definitely return.

This was my first time dealing with Action Tire and the professionalism throughout my telephone conversation prior to my visit to have new winter tires put on my vehicle was outstanding. The timing was almost exact as what was booked for me. I was quite pleased when I was shown a nice warm room for waiting and offered coffee and very comfortable chairs to wait. I have learned since they also do oil. changes and some maintenance. I will not hesitate to visit Acton Tire again..

My experience was excellent. The professionalism from the staff on the phone to the experience dropping off the car is what I expect from a business. I was treated with respect, shared some laughs with the staff, and most importantly they kept within their timings for the job. Getting the tires and rims I needed for the car was fast and efficient. I didn’t need to spend a long time on the phone waiting for answers and a price quote. This is my second experience purchasing tires here and I’m glad to see that they are consistent. Brought my mint BMW Z4 in for a safety. My new one just arrived and sold the old one to a close friend. The car is 10 yrs old and never seen a winter and only gets driven on the perfect summer day. Mechanically car passes safety with flying colours. But ironically fails the safety cause the front tires are not the same make as the rear tires. So I Google MTO tire safety standards. Section 9 is very clear about thread depth and wear etc. But no where does it say anything about all the tires being the same make as the rear tires. Prove me wrong please.
