North Shore Third Quarter [Q3] sales trended down from 2020, although remained elevated above long-term averages. In North Vancouver, Q3 sales were down 17.3 per cent from 2020, though finished 15.1 per cent above the 10-year Q3 average. While in West Vancouver, Q3 sales were down 3.1 per cent from 2020, and up 4.3 per cent over the 10-year Q3 average.
