Jason was everything we could ever hope for in a real estate agent: very professional, hard-working, and he got us a good price on a new house in Deep Cove and also helped us get top dollar when selling a condo on the west side.
I would recommend him highly to anyone in the lower mainland - he is definitely a "Deep Cove Specialist" so if you happen to be looking in that area I would say he's #1!
