Fit 4 Life Wellness Centre
Fit4Life Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre serves Winnipeg and area with professional physio and massage services for all ages from infants to adults. We're located in East St. Paul on the Southeast corner of Henderson Highway and Southlands Drive. We offer numerous types of massage to target specific areas of tension and pain.

Our wellness centre offers a comfortable waiting area with many seats, fireplace, plenty of natural light to keep you feeling relaxed. We are a member of the Manitoba Physiotherapy Association that services East St. Paul, Birds Hill and Winnipeg area residents with physiotherapy, as well as pelvic floor and pediatric physiotherapy.

Fit4Life opened its doors in East St. We began in 2012 as a home-based business, ran by Tori Sloane, Physiotherapist, and her adorable and very friendly therapy dogs Gracie & Peanut. With a growing demand for wellness, Tori, alongside her husband, decided to relocate Fit 4 Life and hire other Clinicians to assist with the growing demand.
Andrea began her career as a Physiotherapy aide in 2006. Growing up as a competitive dancer she has always relied on physiotherapy and massage therapy to maintain her physical health and well-being. After attending post-secondary education at the University of Manitoba, Andrea transitioned into an Administrative Assistant role focusing on direct billing and behind-the-scenes office duties.
From a young age, Danielle knew that she wanted a career in healthcare, but the idea of helping others to help themselves is what drew her to Physiotherapy. Danielle graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2010 with a degree in Physiotherapy and has been practicing orthopedics in private practice for the past 10 years.
From a young age, Jenna knew she wanted to have a profession in healthcare. After seeing a physiotherapist for sports injuries in high school and then doing some soul search in University, it became clear that physiotherapy was the profession she was looking for. Jenna graduated from the University of Manitoba with her Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physiotherapy in 2010.
Shanley grew up in rural Manitoba and eventually moved to Winnipeg for her university education. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology from the University of Manitoba in 2015 and graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 2017. Shanley holds a lot of value in continuing her education and has completed post-graduate courses such as taping and bracing, Orthopedic Level 1 and Acupuncture.
