Each massage can be specifically tailored to your individual needs. Whether you want relaxation massage to melt away your every day stress or require therapeutic massage to treat a specific injury or chronic pain; our therapists can create a treatment plan just for you. The intent of this treatment is to relax you.
Chronic and acute pain relief. Balances the nervous system; relieves stress and aids in relaxation. Decreases muscle tension and stiffness. Promotes faster healing of strained muscles and sprained ligaments. Provides greater joint flexibility and range of motion. Speeds healing after surgery or injuries; reduces pain and swelling; lessens formation of excessive scar tissue.

I had been having intense neck/back pain the last few days. I went to Physio and it was so-so. I still had lots of pain, so I booked Janice at Prairie Sage, on a whim, as she is close to my office. She got me in same day for a 1 hours massage and BOY did it make a difference!!! I will definitely be going back there and will recommend her to my friends!
