Have been looking everywhere for a good barbershop and was able to come in for a last-minute holiday cut. It's been a long time since I've been 100% satisfied with a cut, but the stylist was extremely professional and really took the time to talk with me and figure out what I wanted and then ticked all the boxes. Will definitely be making this my regular shop.

Really disappointed by the service! Asked for 'hair to no hair fade' and what I got is something I could get done at any cheap regular salon. Even the line they made is weird and in one place its not even a line, more like a tiny bald spot! Lack of professionalism. Seems like They used just one same number blade to trim the sides and probably that is what looks like 'fade' to them! If you are looking for men's hair services, I would definitely not recommend this place. Extremely disappointed

First time visitors! We've been to so many salons in the Waterloo Region and visiting Bogart's Hair Salon was one of the best experiences we've had. From the moment we walked in the stylists were extremely friendly, the atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming and the staff were very accommodating for both my wife and I.
We felt safe and could tell they were taking extra precautions to keep the salon clean, sanitized and fresh smelling (the smell was of fresh hair products).
I highly recommend this salon. I believe it was Sara who did my wife's hair and Carla who did mine. My wife got a haircut

Amazing salon. Lisa is a wonderful stylist, she is very talented, even my girlfriend was impressed cause she always checks after and is always able to find a spot that's a bit off, but not this time. The cut/dye/wash was a very delightful experience. Love the new look, cant wait to come back.

I was able to get an appointment quickly with Lina. I had partial highlights and a hair cut done. Lina was great and a pleasure to deal with. She always ensured that I was getting what I wanted. She shared with me that she knew from the time she was 7 or 8 years old that she wanted to be a hairdresser. It was clear that she had experience and passion for her work. Highly recommend seeing Lina at Bogarts.

I absolutely would not recommend booking Bogarts for wedding hair or updos. This was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. See below for more info.
I asked for a sleek, low bun, off to the… right side. I showed the attached photo as a reference to three people - the front desk manager, a person who curled my hair, and the person who pinned it. At no point did anyone say that this style wasn’t possible.
Half way through pinning I reiterated that I wanted it to be a smooth bun and that I would like it off to the side so that I could see it. She said, “don&rsquo

Had an appointment with my mom to get our hair done at the same time. Instead, I got to sit and wait for an hour while hers got done and watched others come in after me and get their hair done too. By the time my mom was done I was not interested in waiting around anymore and I especially did not want to make her wait in the studio for me. I try to be patient but this was ridiculous and unprofessional. Never going back again. I understand being behind but making someone wait in your lobby for over an hour when they have a scheduled appointment and never once checking in with them is insulting.

Went for a haircut here and they had triple booked my start time. (After reserving a week prior) after a twenty-two minute wait I finally spent 11 minutes with the hair cutter. The haircut was ok but I mean you really can't screw up a number 4 haircut done with a clipper. I did have to finish up the stragglers at home that the girl missed. After reading the prices online as Shampoo, Cut & Style from $30.00 I was surprised that I never got a shampoo or a blow dry and was charged $38 for my clipper-cut.

Five star is not enough for me! It was my first time getting my hair done in Canada. I ruined my hair because I bleached my hair wrong. I met Lisa, who is super nice and detailed.
At first, I wanted todo light colour, however Lisa told me that it will damage my hair. She recommended little bit of darker colour. I believed her instinct and final outcome was amazing!! Not only the outcome, I also loved her customer service. I had so much hairs, but she was really patient and effortful to finish my hair.
I was glad that I found Bogart's Hair Salon. And of course I will definitely go back to Lisa

I have had several cut at Bogart's and they were all fine, I always explain not to cut the hair on top short as it is uncontrollable and need to be left longer. Came out with hair far too short as they chase the corrections shorter and shorter. Not giving them 1 star because this was a one off and I could have stopped them and left with a partial cut. Never had this problem anywhere else if I explain what not to cut. Took a day or two to live with it but this is the worse cut I have had in 20 years.

We all know that it is very important to have a clear communication with your stylist, on both sides, to obtain the result you want; unfortunately for me I had the wrong color (dark brown) in my hair but thanks Tanya I was able to recover the closest color to my natural tone without the need to mistreat my hair, it was definitely a good decision to choose her for this correction, she is a really dedicated stylist, you can see and feel in your hair how much she loves her work! I attach the two photos of the color difference, (my natural hair is curly and without a doubt she takes care of my curls

Tanya is the most amazing colourist I've ever had!! I've dyed my hair at least 3 times a year for possibly the past 3/4 years, thus going through more than 10+ stylists but I've never had someone achieve the colour that Tanya was able to give me in one go! I will definitely be back and am so happy to finally have found a permanent colourist that I'm comfortable with and trust.

Debbie's been doing my hair for 20 years now. She's an awesome hairdresser. I like to switch things up. She always recommends new and exciting hairstyles!
