I made a highlighting appointment with Voila, and was very satisfied! My colourist was Bronwin, and she did a fantastic job! I told her what I wanted, and she delivered exactly what I wanted! Kudos to the woman who did the washing of my hair and the blowout. When she was washing my hair, she also massaged my head and temples, which felt amazing! She was also a pro at the blowout! Thank you for the outstanding job, it is much appreciated!

I asked 3 simple things and got none. Don't cut it above this point, layer it in the back, layer it in the front staring from my chin. I told her that I didn't have the confidence to cut my hair too short since it's been long for such a long time. Such simple requests. And she was a senior hair stylist.

Great place! Brooke and Lisa are fantastic and I always leave very very happy. They offer water and tea which is lovely and also offer hand massages during your appointment. There is also a girl that works at the front desk who is very nice and I feel bad for not knowing her name! She's taller with brown hair and very stylish haha. It's a very inviting place and you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

I’ve come here twice so far to get a balayage and trim and makayla did an exceptional job both times! As a niqaabi/hijaabi they were so welcoming and accommodating , they gave me a seperate room where I could get my hair done. Makayla is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding different hair dyes! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.. especially if you’re a hijaabi or niqaabi looking for somewhere to get your hair done professionally with privacy!

I booked an appointment today and was able to get my haircut the same day! Impressive! Evelyn was available at that time and she did my hair. I haven’t been in a salon in years and I’m glad I came here! Evelyn the stylist cut my hair, we talked about things, I find her very accommodating and friendly! At first I was like, she cut only a few here and there, didn’t take so long cuz I asked for layered haircut, and she said let’s blow dry my hair and see if I need anymore adjustment after, I thought I’ll be disappointed but She really did a great job with my hair espc with how she blow dried

I had a balayage appointment when it was open before the lockdown came into effect. It was appointment only, everyone had masks on - and it wasn't too crowded at the time so it felt safe.
I was hesitant at first since I have asian hair and wasn't sure if they're accustomed to it. But their website specifically calls out their experience with asian hair plus their IG had some asian balayages. Their prices on their website were decent; I thought why not.
I called in mentioning I wanted a balayage and that I had black hair - they said the appointment would be approximately 3 hrs

I am very unsatisfied with the turnout of my hair. I came in with light ashy blonde hair and wanted to lighten it even more. I showed the stylist a couple of photos and she never said that wouldn't be achievable especially because my hair is already so light. After my appointment, my hair was DARKER than what I went in with. I was very unsatisfied but I'm not a confrontational person so I never spoke up. After one wash, my hair had strands that were really brassy. I went back and complained. They said they wouldn't lighten it for me (even though my hair got darker after the appointment

I've only had wonderful experiences here. When you walk in, you are always warmly welcomed by the amazing staff. Everyone who works there is very attentive, and kind, and want to make your time there enjoyable. I always get offered a complementary drink, which is always a treat. They pride themselves on being environmentally conscious, and use products that are natural, and have less impact the environment. The staff have great communication, and such a positive and good attitude about everything. They are also very open about there pricing, and will give you a breakdown of how much certain things

I came here a few weeks ago and I must say I was very impressed. The service was outstanding! I had booked an appointment to get a haircut by a senior stylist for my first visit. Tara, the stylist, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell that she had a lot of experience with curly hair. She took her time to make sure it looked great and I must say I was a very happy customer. My curls blend and have more volume and definition. The price was also very affordable considering the quality of service that I'd received. I will definitely be returning to the same stylist, and recommending
