During this pandemic I needed to print a parking pass but had no access to a printer....i had called around and no one would help me because it was just one sheet of paper.....captain printworks has never met me before but they were willing to help me and didnt even charge me for the paper. I will never forget their kindness and incredible customer service. In the future when this is over ...I will definitely be using them for any printing needs.

I went here to have wedding invitations printed, and they worked with me on getting the design just right. I needed some cards for quick pickup in Toronto and found Captain Printworks online. I had a great experience. The fast turnaround from when I ordered my cards to when they were available for pickup was very much appreciated. The quality was excellent, and my proof was electronically confirmed with me before printing. I was able to make some cropping/size adjustments.
The storefront is a little hard to find (it's awkwardly kind of behind a mall) so watch out for that.

We had our save the dates printed for our wedding here, and could not be happier with how they turned out. Ahmed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he made suggestions to improve our final product and it made a huge difference! They were so fast, it only took two weeks from fist contact to final product and thats including our last minute adjustments. Can't say enough good things about this place! Had my wedding invites printed out here. Lyndsay was super helpful and it was a breeze compared to other places. The price is also fantastic for the quality of printing (we did raised ink)

I had my brother's wedding invites printed here, which I designed. Fernanda was my main point of contact and she was FABULOUS. They really took the time to ensure the final invitation product would be as I envisioned them in hardcopy. Service, knowledge and quality were very impressive. I ran out of business cards and failed to reorder from my usual online printer in time. So I was desperate and in a serious jam. I ordered with captain printworks through their online website, and I created my business card based off their template. It was easy and took me no more than 30min-1 hour to design a brand new card. I requested "rush" service (1 business day printing time) and submitted my order at 3pm on Monday. The next morning - Tuesday at 830am, I recieved an order update notifying my order was completed and ready for pick up! This

In case you come here just to print one or two pics/documents in regular sizes, be aware that the minimum they will charge you is $5. They say it's 20 cents per copy, but if you just do 4, they won't charge you a dollar, which is what should be, they will charge you a minimum of $5, because their printers are "different." Yes, they are different, they are crappier than the usual. The quality was absolutely horrible. If you are a designer or slightly care about stuff like color and lineweights do not use this place, the final product is just horrible.

I've never written a review before but my brief experience with this place was negative enough that I see the need to post this. I really didn't appreciate the way I was treated by the lady that answered the phone when I called the shop for questions and quote request. I've dealt with many other shops on similar matters but nothing as bad.

Amid the plethora of print shops in Toronto, it's hard to know where to go. Look no further! THIS is definitely the place to go.
While it's a bit confusing to find the entrance, well-placed signs led me to the right place. The staff are patient and extremely friendly. The girl who helped me paid great attention to detail and made sure my items came out exactly the way they were supposed to. I didn't have my items on a USB but I was able to email the files to her from my laptop & smartphone. I can't speak for the variety of stock they carry, but they had exactly
