It is conducted on specially developed Jumping(R) PROFI trampolines which are TUV SUD world worldwide certified for safety, reliability & quality assurance. Jumping(R) Fitness comprises of a combination of traditional aerobic steps, dynamic sprints and "power sports" elements.

The complexity of the exercises guarantees that the whole body is strengthened. Throughout your one hour jumping fitness session, you will be guided and inspired by competent and certified instructors. If you are having any issues with your trampoline, we will exchange it for you at any point so you dont have to worry about anything. The bar comes out and you can stand up the trampoline and it will ake up less space in your home. We use basic steps that after about 3 classes will not seem confusing and you will be able to keep up with.
