Having a personal trainer can make the difference between the success or failure of a fitness program. Whether you are young or old, a beginner or advanced, you can benefit from personal training. We offer a variety of options from 1 month and Pay As You Go plans to our Standard one year agreement.

No matter what type of membership you decide on, you will never have to pay any enrollment, sign up, or administration fees. Reach your desired level of fitness with our large variety of exercise equipment and free weights, group fitness classes, or with the help of our personal training services and weight loss programs.

Proudly serving the West Shore, Club Phoenix Fitness has been helping the community reach their fitness goals for over 25 years. We are a locally owned and family-run health club committed to your health and wellness. We are here to help you lose weight, build muscle, tone and tighten, increase flexibility, return to health, and improve or maintain your fitness level.
Can I try the club before I become a member? Yes. There are two ways to do so. You can try us out one time for a $15 drop-in fee, or for a more in-depth trial, you can get a 1 week pass for $30. Either option lets you try the club with no risk or obligation whatsoever before you decide to become a full-fledged member.

As many of you by now are already aware, it has become necessary for our business to relocate due to planned remediation of the SuperSave Mall Property on which we sit.
Our specialty group training programs are available to both club members and non-members alike. They are perfect for any individual looking for a challenging workout of a progressive nature. Our ultimate goal is to offer a variety of specialty programs at our facility for all fitness levels and interests.

Great gym the staff are very welcoming & nice people, it’s a great atmosphere around you. And you will meet lots of new people. Equipment is top notch stuff, and it is organized and clean. Worked out at YMCA & Juan de fuca & Steve nash. Phoenix is BY far the best out of those gyms during covid season.

This facility has the best equipment to work out with. Its great for the beginner to get in shape but also suits the athletes going into bodybuilding. The bonus is that the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help out a client. Very happy with my choice in clubs!

It's very clean and the staff are super friendly! They are open Monday to Friday at 0430 every morning and i love it! Geoff is always there to greet customers with a hello and a smile. One of the best things about this club is that there are all types of people with different fitness levels and it's not intimidating at all. It’s the best gym I've ever been to! That's why i keep coming back! The 45 min class with Kyla at 0500 on Monday, Wednesday, Friday is highly recommended!! Keep up the good work Geoff and Diana!

This Gym is Fully Equipped & I'm Loving it. The only Downside are the Lockers. Although this Gym has Sufficient Lockers, It's the Members who use the Gym for 1 or 2 hours but Keeps the Locker Locked with their Locks Forever & using it as their Personal Lockers. There are No Signs (or) Not Enough Signs in Locker rooms to teach the Members these… basic Manners. Either the Management has to cut out the Locks Every night & teach a Lesson (or) Teach it in a Nicer way like installing Signs. Either way, Lessons has to be taught to the Members who doesn't like to be self taught :) Other

I like the atmosphere which is comprised of mainly serious athletes working hard to achieve there goals. I'm not a stranger to this scene and picked up on the positive vibe right away. This gym has something for everyone and is very diverse. The owner is extremely nice as well as the staff. This is also a local business which I fully support . 4.8 out of 5 stars from my point of view.
