Al-Brite were such a great group of people to get my wife's engagement ring, wedding band and my wedding band.
Every time I went in there you could really tell it is a family business! They have cleaned my wife's ring up twice already to bring back the nice shine for any special event she has, I had to get my ring re-sized and they had it done within 15 min of walking in the door.
Highly recommend getting whatever jewelry you are looking for with Al-Brite, everything and more what you would hope for!

In the Spring of 2019 my wife and i were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. I went shopping to Al Brite and found the most unique ring for her. I took a ring in so they could size it correctly, they were very quick with this process. My wife was ecstatic with the ring as it is such a different style. The customer service is exceptional here. I would highly recommend Al Brite and would go back for any jewelry needs.

10 years ago we had a custom wedding band made for me at Al-brite, and the experience and quality blew my mind!
I just had a 10yr anniversary family band made to match the original wedding band with our 4 birth stones. I couldn't ask for a better ring. The quality and craftsmanship is amazing, the staff and owners are so friendly, talented and accommodating.

I went here because of the reviews NOT what I experienced. 1st visit sized my ring completely wrong had to take it back twice. 2nd visit had appraisal done which they said would be completed the next day. We called and they were "too busy" to complete our appraisal come back on Monday. When I picked it up it was completely incorrect which was under graded the value and clarity. We went to another appraiser who does not sell jewellery which said the prior appraisal completed at Al-Bright was wrong! Will never go back nor make any purchases from Al-Bright!!

This is a great business with quality products. I purchased my fiancées engagement ring and both our wedding bands here. The women's rings are made by another designer that they carry and are very beautiful, we love them. My ring is a gold pipe cut band and was custom made on site at the location. During the process they helped with questions and the decision making process, each member of the family taking turns during our visits to come discuss and ask questions about our needs and work on fulfilling them. Needless to say, we will not be going to another jeweller in Edmonton.

Such a good experience. It's a small, family-run business and everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole process very easy. I had a full custom ring made by them, and I thought I knew my fiance's ring size but I had the ring made too large. I brought it in for sizing and they had it completed in a half hour as opposed to two weeks at other jewelry shops. Such good pricing too. I Can't say enough good things about Al-Brite.

Last year I visited Al-Brite wanting to get my rings sized as I heard really good things about this business. My husband was initially thinking of purchasing my engagement ring here but found a vintage ring instead. Still wanting to give this family business some support I made an appointment to get my ring sized and to look at wedding rings. I believe I was greeted by one of the daughters who not only insulted my ring when she found out it wasn't one of theirs but also told me that her father did me a "favor" by sizing the ring and charging me $30. Needless to say I purchased
