At Jewels De Oro we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Shipping is available in North America only. Jewels De Oro DOES NOT ship internationally. Orders will be processed between 24- 48 hours and shipped with an estimated time of 7-10 business days. I tried to write my review on google but unsuccessful so I thought this was second best:) This is my second time I had a ring repaired by Jewels De Oro, they are marvellous!! I had my ring resized do repaired and it came out looking fantastic, great service, price and super fast. I will continue to go back and make it my regular jewellery, 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in for a watch battery replacement, done on the spot! Immediately, I was greeted and the gentleman dropped what he was doing to help me. Their batteries also have a year warranty and they write the date on the back in the event you have any issues and no longer have your receipt. Wonderful, friendly service.

You'd think finding a professional in City Centre Mall to change a watch battery wouldn't be so difficult. I usually go to the Bay, but their watch repair person had just gone on break and I wasn't willing to wait. The other jewelry store said that they could change the battery, but because of the screws on this particular model of Hugo Boss watch (which was from a lower end line, I think) complicated things and they would have to send it away. The specialized watch store, that only sells watches, said they could probably do it, but was afraid of cracking the crystal face. However
