I meet Nathan last year he code me 525 sq ft install sod and even the soil with $2500.00. This year I measure it only need 375 sq sq ft but he added 150 sq ft different, then I went to Blue grass are only 4.90 per roll 10 sq ft cost me $230 do it own and don't need to put more soil on it.
Very dishonest people, I know it wasn't big job and I don't mind you refuse take this job. You left the image in my head greedy, rip me off and dishonest.

Paul shows up at my house to give a estimate to get 17ft X 20ft patio stones laid down. I had it dug out and stoned. I only wanted to see how much he would have charged after more than half the work was done. He asks me what size stone and a deadline, then tells me it would be approx, $14000. Yes FOURTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!
I currently got 4 other estimates and they're ranging from $3500 to $5600. So then I knew he didn't want the job...
Then ends it with telling he is charging me $90 + tax of course for him to give me a idiotic estimate. There's nothing on his website about
