Got a great Audi for a great price! We did a lot of comparison shopping and they offered a great price - very competitive - and a good aftermarket warranty package, too. Lou was extremely helpful and conscientious and followed up on all our asks to ensure we were happy. We appreciated the extra care and attention they took to make everything just right before we drove away and after. Thank you Lou and Vince for a great buying experience.

So far so good. I inquired about a car and was contacted by Lou right away. I wasn't able to see it for a test drive right away so I put a down payment in order to have time to view and drive the car. When I did come and see it, Lou was extremely friendly and helpful. After test driving the car I decided to purchase the vehicle and Lou and I addressed all of the issues that needed to be dealt with before I take possession of it. I have signed all of the paperwork and am just waiting for the car to be safetied and when that happens I will update my review. Lou was great to deal with, thank you Lou

I don't normally write reviews but after I was Threatened that the owner would not help me with my issues, which they have been saying they will be since 07-16-2021, not until I sign a waver that states my brother will take down his review of this dealership.
The entire team at Source 1 Motors has been running me around since I've bought the Audi A4 on 07-16-2021. Never in my life have I been so disappointed, amd disrespectedin my life. I have been passed down the line of staff that have not helped me in any way possible, from sales rep, parts manager, Customer service manager and now to the owner

Bought a car from Lou about 2 weeks ago. It’s a really next Volkswagen Golf. Lou is exactly to work with and made sure that everything was in place so that I would be able to get the car as soon as possible. I would highly recommend working with them or trying to get a car with them and I am very pleased with the service they provide
