I am very pleased with this auto dealer
My salesman, was jas, he was great. Out of all the chaos of the auction dealer nearby, they made do with the situation and had a decent system.
Jas was a nice man, right from the get-go he was respectful, and not pushy. When we went on our test drive, he let us take the car to get safety inspected at Canadian tire (after checking with his manager) because we wanted a third party to check the car.
My family and I, are not the most car savvy people, we do our best with basic research and YouTube videos, so having a third party look over our car released

Bought my first car with BAM and honestly Im happy I did. Very good staff in my opinion (I used to work retail/sales myself, not just a judgy customer haha), and it looked like their car selection was pretty nice too. Jas’, the one I was working with, was VERY knowledgeable, friendly, and I feel honest, which is very important to me. Michael, their financial manager, is also very good to work with, as he is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Just purchased my Lexus at Brampton auto mart. All of my expectations of quality, service and professionalism were surpassed. CJ, our salesperson was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and a pleasure to deal with, making my experience with Brampton Auto Mart a place I would recommend wholeheartedly.

The variety of cars was great and the sales team were awesome. The team was able to work with what we were looking for and helped us with our selection. it isn't like buying a new car but it's pretty darn close. Thanks a lot.

Dealt with these guys in July to get my car, which went well with no issues. Around 2 weeks later, i discovered that the car had a faulty lock on one of the rear doors, which caused that door to not be able to lock, a relatively large issue. I emailed a sales rep about it and sent my odometer to verify it was still under warranty, but i never got a response. Overall buying experience was good but they were not responsive when I notified them about the broken lock afterwards. also wanted to note that my car was very low on oil when i picked it up.

I purchased my first car with Brampton Auto Mart a week ago. The sales person I was lucky enough to work with (Jebin Constantine) was patient, knowledgeable and so so helpful. Since I was new to this he was kind enough to take the time to also explain everything to my brother in law and answer all of his questions. I am so thankful to everyone who works here for providing me with a great car and wonderful experience, I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

My daughter was looking for a new rig. Contacted staff at BAM. Met with C.J. very nice individual. Upfront with everything. Purchased vehicle that day and delivered as agreed upon. He is even sending me a hat.. CJ if you are reading you know what i mean.... anyway great staff there and service is the same.

I recently bought a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe from Brampton Automart. I was looking for a used car/SUV under $10K including taxes and licensing. As you can imagine there were very few listings that fit this constraint, and the ones that I could find seemed over priced for what was being offered. After a bit of research, I found few listings at Brampton Automart via Autotrader. I visited their lot at Auction Lane for a test drive, and booked a vehicle. They take 7-10 days to run a safety inspection, and perform a thorough detailing before delivering the vehicle, but its completely worth the wait.

Bought my new Nissan Murano here. It’s only two days for now but they are doing really great. Everything was nice just you have to know you won’t get your car same or next day. They need about week but they will do everything you need- license plates, ownership, oil change and I even got new set of tires because old ones were almost done.
Would I recommend them - yes!

Purchased a car from Brampton Auto Mart everything went very smooth. They prepared the sale in a timely fashion and were very customer focused. Pricing on the car was fantastic and met the budget I was looking for. Both Michael and Virujan were professional. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a car in the marketplace.
