I highly recommend Alberta Diamond Exchange. We got a ring and band from here and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Amy guided us in our jewelry journey and was extremely attentive to our needs. She showed us through the different options and was so patient with us. Communication was also quick and fantastic. We shopped around in both Edmonton and Calgary to ensure we found the perfect ring and didn't have buyers remorse. I found Alberta Diamond Exchange while searching for an engagement ring after being left quite disappointment by an independent broker... Initially I came in to feel the temperature and test the waters with the standard of care that would be provided.
I met with Robyn and she immediately showed the standard of care that I was looking for, considering the weight of the purchase I was about to make. About an hour later, Robyn helped me find a beautiful ring and has been incredibly helpful every step of the way.

We designed a custom engagement ring setting with Robyn and my ring came out exactly how I imagined it, down to the last detail! I had such a great experience working with Vanessa at ADE to find the perfect ring for my fiancé. What I expected to be a nerve-racking experience was comfortable, simple and even exciting thanks to her. The service was great, Vanessa is extremely knowledgable and accommodating and most importantly, my fiancé can't stop staring at her hand! I first heard of Alberta Diamond Exchange through two different friends. When a small diamond fell out of the band of my engagement ring I decided to reach out to ADE to see about having it repaired or about having my solitaire diamond re-set. I worked with Vanessa and she was unbelievable! She was so enthusiastic about my ring and getting it to be perfect. Her customer service was so wonderful. She made me so excited about my new ring (I ended up having it re-set). I picked it up last week and I can't stop staring at it. It goes so well with my other bands. I flew up from Texas to buy my fiancé's engagement ring (She is a Native Canadian) so I wanted to buy the ring from her home country. With a two day window to find something, my future mother in law scheduled an appointment at the store with Mackenzie. My boyfriend and I went in to pick out a setting for my engagement ring, since we already had a stone. We worked with Lauren who was amazing! She's friendly, knowledgeable and made sure that we were comfortable every step of the way. The ring was ready within the estimated timeframe and I'm incredibly happy with the outcome. My relationship with ADE has been long and interesting, but through it all they have been insanely helpful.
I had a friend direct me to this place, as they do custom work and after a trip to Spence (never buy there!!! So over priced) and many other jewellers, we decided to go that route. I had found a picture of a ring I was after, with some mods of course.
We got my engagement ring made, which I was madly in love with. We didn't really plan for weddings bands at the time, but went there as well. Due to the ring I had, I got 2 black diamond eternity bands.

Before heading to ADE, we headed to the radio marketing obsessed competitor. Not a great experience to say the least. Complete pressure sales technique and not cheap.
We were helped through our entire engagement/wedding ring purchase with the lovely Haley Murphy. Haley was always friendly, helpful honest and sweet. We chose a band from a catalogue exactly how I wanted and she advised that they would keep ordering rings until we found the right one. The wedding band was a little more arsin' around given it
