If I could give zero stars, I would. If you want a law firm that takes your money, doesn’t read your case in order to represent you in court and allows the other lawyer to speak lies about you in front of a judge, then maybe this firm is for you. These people had a conflict of interest and were working for the other team. My step son was abused by his mother and needed our help, so we decided to fight for him. We thought they were the team to back us. I couldn’t have been more wrong.

They have been an amazing help. Even with an extremely short time line they accepted me as there client. The firm definitely works hard to get the job done and done right. I can't speak towards my lawyer's representation with regards to other cases but the "counsel" to whom I was referred claimed that he had past experience with family type litigation but I believe that I was his first client for litigation of this nature. My matter could have been dealt with on our first hearing appearance as the judge suggested that he could deal with the matter then. The opposing counsel of course did not want this to happen so she declined the judge's suggestion. My counsel sat doodling on his notepad, making NO response to the judge. My wife and I just purchased our first home in Hamilton four months ago. We hired Scarfone Hawkins, and we have never been happier. Many people have told us that buying a house can be the most stressful experience in your life, well! Between Scarfone Hawkins and our real estate agent, it was so easy and enjoyable. While in the transition of purchasing our house, my wife and I decided that it would be in our best interest to prepare a will. Scarfone Hawkins did an excellent job. We are at peace that our dog Heidi will always be taken care of. We were very pleased with this service.
