In the area of corporate and commercial law, Dominique's services include incorporating and organizing companies, preparing shareholders' agreements, preparing and reviewing commercial leases and the purchase, sale and financing of businesses. Her experience in wills and estate planning enhance her ability to advise her small business clients on their business succession planning.
Vickie's practice focuses on Wills, Estates & Trusts and she has become one of Etobicoke's preeminent specialists in this area of law. Since being called to the bar in 1985, Vickie has gained extensive experience in estate planning and estate administration, with particular expertise in complex estate planning including multiple Wills, considerations for beneficiaries with disabilities and diverse types of assets.
In the first few years of his practice, Carl practised in the heart of Toronto, building the base of his successful practice for many years to follow. In 1972 Carl relocated his practice to Etobicoke, where he remained until his retirement in 2012. Carl's practice encompassed many different areas of law, including family, matrimonial law, litigation and small claims court, corporate and commercial law, and wills and powers of attorney.
Our corporate and commercial practice is extensive and our clientele is diverse, coming from a wide range of industries and business experience. Horrible experience. This law firm was expensive and non responsive. They charged me for work with no contract in place. They never told me when they were on the clock. A simple exploration phone call ended up costing half of what I paid for legal services in the end at another firm.
Worse, when I was trying to get in touch with the lawyer, she was completely non-responsive. It took almost two weeks for her to reply. This happened on several occasions. I eventually went with another firm out of frustration.
