The practice was established in 1980 and we have always been in the Village of Streetsville because we like the "small town" feel proximate to Toronto. The first office was at 57 Queen Street South. We have tried hard to keep the practice general with a focus on Business, Family Law, Real Estate, and Wills and Estates.
With over 40 years of experience, Michael Day has extensively advised a wide range of clients involving both contentious and non-contentious matters. Michael has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Commercial List, and the Court of Appeal.
Our firm understands the legal matters and transactions that are associated with successfully operating a business in a competitive market. In addition, we also seek to understand your business, needs, objectives and goals. My husband and I were referred to Day & Borg by a trusted family member who used their services for the sale of a house.
