I have gone to many physiotherapy sessions at various clinics within the city but the personal attention and care you get at Hillcrest Physiotherapy is unmatched. I dealt with kanwarpreet. He totally understands your requirements and limitations during and after therapy. Clinic is professionally run with great staff. I will totally recommend them to anybody.

I came for physiotherapy a few months ago due to median nerve entrapment (kind of like carpal tunnel). I was having numbness and spasming all up my arm. I was treated with dry needling and electroshock therapy, and frankly I was very skeptical that it would do anything. In the past, physiotherapists generally give me stretches, etc.
After one treatment I noticed the spasms were happening less often and after a handful of treatments both the frequency of spasms and severity of numbness were noticeably better. Now the issue has pretty much 100% cleared up.
The dry needling is a bit uncomfortable

Will not be going back solely because of management/front desk:
- The front desk is incompetent and kept telling me that my insurance would not pay them the remaining balance when in fact I saw them being paid when I logged into Manulife on line. I found this to be very sketchy. Also, the front desk would remind me of this balance owing during every visit and also when I called in to make adjustments to my appointment. Very annoying.
- They do not clean their rooms/equipment. I find this very off-putting especially since the pandemic is not over yet.
- Physiotherapist was not the best either

Highly recommended.The reason behind referring to Hillcrest Physio is my satisfaction over cure I got. Mr. Kanwarpreet Singh is very professional and amiable in nature which made me feel comfortable with all the treatment I got there.Moreover, at the reception desk, Gurjeet was amiable too. She politely instructed me everything on my each visit.The pain that had been shattering me for a couple months went mild , and most probably will disappear in coming days.A big Thank You to Mr. and his team.I wish for your well-being and prosperity.

Amazing team work, i always feel valued whenever i visit this clinic. They always explain each and every treatment procedures with their benefits, i sometimes ask the same questions multiple times and they always answer with smile and patience. Physio KP is always fun and treats with his different and unique machines. :-) Highly recommended.
