We strongly recommend that all adults who have assets make a Will and a Power of Attorney. With a Will you will have control over who gets your assets, at what age the assets will be transferred to minors, who will be the guardian of minor children, you may set up a trust fund or a life interest to provide for people you are concerned about, etc.
When a person dies either with or without a will and owns assets then the assistance of a lawyer is very often required. Our office is experienced in assisting Estate Trustees (Executors) in dealing with the appropriate estate court offices, government offices and financial institutions so as to ensure that assets are transferred to beneficiaries.
Power of Sale When a homeowner is in default with their mortgage payments, a lender can rely upon a power of sale provision in their standard charge document to lease or. I don't usually leave reviews but I had to for Zubin from Close My Home, I used Zubin to close my home in Tottenham, ON, I just can't express how professional and helpful he was during the entire process.
