For the second time, Chris and his team have sold our house for 100% of its asking price and even reached over asking price on our behalf!
As those of you who are buying and selling know, its a very stressful and emotional time and Chris will be your best support! He is attentive, professional and above all, always has your best interest at heart. Chris, Danika and the Team worked with my husband and I over many months when we were house hunting in Ottawa. We were going to be leaving Toronto and a home that I had lived in for over 60 years. Consequently we had many, many criteria to be met. Chris unfailingly sought out listed properties which had many of the features meeting our criteria. Finally, in September, after 6 months or so, the perfect house came on the market. Chris guided us through the inspection process and we closed the purchase in November.
