I slipped and fell at Costco and to them to help me. I did not break anything but I had a badly bruised bone in my wrist. I asked if I had a case they said yes. I am hairdresser and had to take time off work no pay . They made me fill out a lot of questionnaires and then they dropped it. So Costco gets away with injuring someone leaving water on the ground and no hazard. Signs. I guess you have to break a bone to go after them

They helped me through a slip and fall claim in the fall of last year. The insurer in question did not want to pay a cent on the file which was crazy given the extent of my injuries. I fought with them for a while and eventually decided to hire a lawyer.

Diamond law has proven to be extremely gready and money hungry. They did not bother to proceed with my claim because TJ the lawyer said that we did not have any broken bones and will not bother to proceed making a claim. So in order for me to have had a claim I would have had to have a broken bone. That sounds like a greedy trade. TJ the lawyer was very unprofessional and judgemental towards my families situation. I will be spreading this about diamond law to as many people as possible. I will be sure to warn people of this unprofessional company. Do not bother with diamond law unless your limbs

Hi yelp thought I would leave a review for the law offices of diamond and diamond since they took such good care of my case and me in a very timely manner. I was at a restaurant while visiting a lady friend in Canada and was burned by a waitress when she dropped hot soup on my shoulder and neck I got 1st and 2nd degree burns and stayed the night in the hospital due to the pain. I was with another law firm before diamond and diamond that I won't mention, that seemed to be dragging there feet on my case so after almost 8 months and no settlement I fired them and was highly recommended Diamond

Went to visit family in Toronto and had an unfortunate incident at a local restaurant. I slipped and fell and was injured. About 2 years ago, my father was in a tragic motor vehicle accident. While his car was still intact, his body took a beating and was unable to go back to work. So I am looking for a personal injury attorney & recognize them from watching CTV news all the time. Once they have my contact information unlike most people who call or email once, they call AND email each day until you get back to them. It's not like people have busy lives balancing many priorities, each time I communicated with them I was bombarded with both a call, voicemail & email each day afterwards until I got back to them. Prompted to write a review after seeing the Mike Bullard endorsement,and the firm's commercials.Of course Mr.Bullard would be well looked after by Diamond and Diamond,he's a public figure.Other less known accident victims may not be so pleased with their outcome.The referral fees business in personal injury litigation leaves claimants in a precarious situation when a firm can become at odds with its "referral" partner.The practice should be disallowed in Ontario with its anti claimant legislation can make a claim very traumatic.
