Sakaw Terrace provides affordable housing space for Seniors' in Edmonton's Sakaw neighborhood (Millwoods).

Very poor professionalism, and extremely unresponsive. In this day and age, it's quite sad, but all some companies would have to do is even respond to you in a relatively timely manner to be considered 'decent', and unfortunately Arrow cannot even do this. For this and many other reasons that become very apparent after dealing with them, a 1 star rating is generous.

I am a shareholder in a commercial building in Leduc, and I engaged Arrow to complete some engineering work in Spring 2020.
I signed a contract with one of their lead engineers, but no deliverables of any kind were completed. I tried polite communications via email and voicemail several times requesting a progress report.
The engineer and his admin person became non-responsive to any communications with no explanation of any kind.
In the end I fired Arrow after they tied me up with their unprofessional conduct for over 4 months. Again, no explanation was communicated, and no apology offered
