In 2021, we celebrate our 75th anniversary! At Associated, we are passionate about building communities that are vibrant, healthy and resilient and support economic growth. Sustainability is part of every project we undertake, and how we operate our business. That is why we have been a carbon neutral company since 2009.

At Associated, we are passionate about building better communities. An employee-owned, Canadian company, we have worked with our clients in the public and private sectors for more than 70 years. We offer a full service, integrated team. Our wide range of expertise includes planning, engineering, environmental science and management, landscape architecture, asset management, communications, and facilitation.
The Associated team serves a wide range of sectors, from municipal, provincial, regional and federal government, to commercial, institutional, and residential land development, and the oil & gas industry. We listen to our clients to understand their unique needs and goals, and work collaboratively to develop solutions that address needs while minimizing risks and social and environmental impacts.
New infrastructure improvements address the long-term community needs and enhance the area's transportation vision. Environment and Climate Change Canada retained Associated Environmental Consultants and Integral Ecology Group to conduct an aquatic health assessment of the Mackenzie River Basin, resulting in the State of the Aquatic Ecosystem Report.
We are in the people business. It takes dedicated, talented individuals working together to consistently deliver high-quality work and service to our clients. We achieve this by promoting collaboration, investing in our people, and fostering a culture that engages and inspires our people to be their best, maximize their potential, and think creatively while applying best practices.
