Absolute joke. Drove 1.5 hours based on a $2500 deal made via text with salesman Si, only to find out that he had no authority to make such a deal and the manager tried to charge $3500 once I was on site. The van in question is not even road worthy, has oil leaks, bald tires, alignment is off. Should not be allowed to sell this junk to the public. It was in an accident, not even sure if its sk plateable

Terrible customer service with Nas. Implied about selling my car to them so they could resell it and he wouldn’t even give me the time of day even though he didn’t even give me an offer or look at my car. Wish I could give zero stars.

One star rating because i can't give zero stars. I went to look at a 2013 f150 and was quite disappointed. They sprayed undercoating on the frame, but didn't clean the mud off, just sprayed over it. When i mentioned the truck has stone chips that are rusting around the back wheel wells, the salesman got rude and wanted to argue with me. I also noticed there was rubber hose placed over the rear shock absorbers. When i asked the salesman what province the truck was from, he had no idea. The truck was overpriced for it's condition. I didn't even take the truck for a test drive. I don't recommend Village
