The whole process was really fast and easy. Griffin was very helpful and made sure we had a great experience. I definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from here.

Very friendly and helpful staff that understood what we were looking for. They answered all our questions as best they could (as the vehicle was not in stock). Very excited to see the SUV when it comes in, really hope it will fit our family. I would highly recommend checking out Sherwood Chev if your looking for a new or used vehicle.

Griffin and Larry pulled out all the stops to ensure I got into the the vehicle of choice. It took over a week to seal the deal. They both truly cared about what I needed and went above and beyond to ensure I had the right information to make a decision. Ben, accessories technician, showed me the mudflaps I wanted. Bunch of swindlers. Brought in key fobs for programming, waited half an hour for something that should have taken a few minutes, not hearing a word from anyone while in the waiting room. Not wanting to waste any more time I walked into the service garage and asked how it was going, only to be told it wasn't going to work but they still had the gall to charge me $61 for their "service". The lady at the desk was rude and stone-faced, terrible customer service. Would rather have lit $60 on fire than wasted my time and money here.
