Wallace Automobiles
Wallace Automobiles was established by Allan Wallace in 1963 on Ottawa's original used cars strip, Richmond Road, better known today as Westboro. We moved to our current location, 460 McArthur Avenue, at St. Laurent Boulevard in 1990. The dealership is still a family business with Bruce Wallace as Dealer Principal, Bruce joined the company in 1987, taking over the role from his father in 1998.

We stock approximatley 100 used vehicles, with many on display at our McArthur Avenue location. These vehicles are quality checked and certified prior to being placed for sale to ensure our number one goal, customer satisfaction. We believe in the good old fashioned way of doing business: quality vehicles at reasonable prices and a genuine friendly service.
Services
Today, most people protect themselves by buying insurance for life, home, mortgage, vehicle fire, theft, and collision. Why not further protect yourself and your investment with a mechanical breakdown service agreement/policy. Rust can happen anywhere on your vehicle. A simply spray product cannot protect from all forms of rust especially on the outer panels and over the window line.
My specialty is helping select the vehicle that's right for you and working with banks to help people in need get the car loan they need and re-establish their credit. I take great pride in knowing my customers leave Wallace Automobiles with the best vehicle and financing terms available. Whatever your needs, I will not disappoint you!

What a great organization. They are to the point with no BS. Quick friendly service. The truck I purchased was immaculate and of high quality. Who ever is sourcing the used vehicles has an eye for great quality. Thank you Frank for your professionalism quick turn around and making this purchase pleasant. I highly recommend checking this place out!

In June I purchased a used truck from Wallace. There were a few minor issues that appeared during the warranty period that Wallace promptly took care of, but there was a huge issue that came after their warranty period had expired. Through professional and respectful correspondence with my sales person, Frank Kelly, we were able to come to an… agreement on financial compensation. Please note that Wallace was not legally required to do anything, but they are an excellent company and maintaining a good name is very important to them. I highly recommend going to Wallace.

Vehicle broke after 6 months. We had to save up just to fix it because it was out of warranty and Wallace couldn‘t help us. When we went to sell the lemon, found out that it had been in an $11,000 accident that the dealership had not disclosed. Significantly reduced the amount we got for it. Buyer beware.

Frank was great to deal with. Could not be happier with the vehicle. We drove 350 km to look at the vehicle on his word that it was worth the trip and it was. He stayed late because we got caught in traffic. Overall very happy.

I would not even give a 1 star rating if 0 star was an option. Salesman was rude and ignorant. Offered us a $1.50 discount ( yes . One dollar , 50 cents) Not helpful what so ever. I would stay away from this place.
I’m response to Wallace’s response “ so you think by insulting a customer with a $1.50 discount is appropriate? With all your researching prices maybe you should research customer service skills”. We purchased from Donnellys and had amazing service !
