This chapter of the Import Car Centre story started back in 1984 when Dan (who was selling used audio equipment out of his home) approached George and Karel to sell used vehicles to his audio clientele. Word quickly spread through his client base to where he needed to make a decision, audio or vehicles.
Eddie joined the Import team over 30 years ago. Born & raised in Montreal, Eddie moved to Ottawa in the late 70's. After working in the audio industry (AudioShop) for over 10 years, he joined Import Car Centre Team and has never looked back. Eddie is very passionate about his customers and loves the opportunity to work with them to find the best vehicle that suits their needs.

First off, the quality of their inventory is second-to-none. I'm very particular and have never been to a place before where every pre-owned car on the lot was showroom worthy.
Secondly, their pricing is the definition of fair. Even though the demand for cars right now is high and the supply everywhere is low, the inventory at Import Car Centre is very well-priced. On top of that, they were extremely fair with the value of my trade-in.

Bought my first car here with Aiden and it was a great experience. At no point did I feel pressured and the car has been running great so far. He was responsive and the guys at their shop were kind enough to replace all the brakes on the cheaper side. When closing the deal the owner did try hard to sell me extended warranty but that was to be expected and after refusing it a couple times they let it go. I definitely recommend going here if you're looking for a car in a good state 👍🏼

Best and easiest car buying experience ever. The service and attention to detail was unparalleled. I'll give Import Car Centre points for selling me a very nice car and offering me a fair trade in value (not the best I was quoted, but very fair).
That, however, is where the points end for me. These folks make it very clear that they have a good system worked out with their financing entity. They did not offer me a financing rate anywhere near… as good as what my lender did. They repeatedly told me they could not match or beat the rate I was getting, which, in itself, is fine. I had no issue with that.
What annoyed me to no end was the constant badgering I had to endure from them trying
