Originally from Fortune NL, Marcia returned to the Burin Peninsula in 2008, after working in St. John's for 5 years. Following her dream to pursue dentistry as a career Marcia first earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1999. She was then accepted into the Dalhousie University Facility of Dentistry in 1999 and graduated in 2003.
Our waiting room is equipped with a Television, reading material and a kids section to occupy our youngest patients. Patient care is our top priority. We are gladly accepting new patients. Our staff will work with you to obtain your dental records from your previous dentist and to create a personalize treatment plan to fit your needs.
We direct bill most insurance companies for your dental work for our patients. If you have dental insurance our administrative staff will prepare the necessary paperwork for you. The Newfoundland government provides coverage under the MCP program for children 12 years and under for one dental cleaning per year, 2 dental check-ups per year and dental fillings and extractions.
