No respect for their customers time. Appointment was 1:30p.m. Came in at 1:15p.m. and filled out all documents as a new client. Sat waiting for 20 mins. Very unprofessional. Do not book people for appointments to have them sit indefinitely in your waiting room. This is NOT an OHIP covered service, you are paid VERY well. Try to be professional in regards to your appointments and respectful of your clients time. I will have to look at other dental options as this is ridiculous.

This originally was going to be a 5-star review because of how professional Dr.Joshi is and how transparent he was about the work getting done on my teeth. I still stand by my statement that Dr. Joshi is a WONDERFUL dentist.

To whom this is concern in your office please in the future be more understanding what your patients are trying tell you. About one year ago I had my front tooth fixed. With one year later my tooth filling came off. Trying to explain this issue they didn't even lesson or care. About 30 minutes later they charge me about $350 for the second time with one year this is crazy. Extremely dissatisfied . My family and I have been coming here for almost 25 years. Dr Carr had been my dentist for as long as I can remember, but he left around three years ago to open up his own practice in the city.
I was allocated to Dr Rashid next, and after Dr Carr, I felt like he was a bit of a let down. To be fair, it was the end of the day, but my visit felt rushed. The hygienist said he didn't have time for my X-rays and I probably didn't need them. After my cleaning, Dr Rashid came in, glanced at his clipboard, said I had great teeth and left.
