I have been going for many years and I always come out with a great hair cut and highlightes Alot of compliments come my way regarding the cut and the highlites. Pina B knows her stuff....Very professional stylist.... While you are at the salon you can get a manicure and pedicure and waxing....

She gave me the exact cut I wanted based on pictures I sent her and took the time to demonstrate different ways to style it. It’s the best cut I’ve had in decades hands down. So glad I discovered her. Highly recommend her.

I really love going to Pina B's, she treats you like family. Everyone loves her style and poise. She always delivers service with a smile. I've never walk away feeling less than great. I recommend her to all my friends and family. I've been going there for 36 yrs. I've tried other's when I was away in Montreal for a period of time but, nothing compared to Pina B's.

The service is excellent. You are made to feel like a close friend from the first visit. My hair styling is the best I've ever had from any salon. The hair products available for sale are top quality. They make my hair shine and fresh looking. I've also taken advantage of the facials and massages, which leave me relaxed and feeling beautiful. I've been a client/friend for many years and hope many more to come.

I went there on one of my Groupon experiments. It's a decent little place in the west end. I found Pina to be very pleasant and knowledgeable. It's not a high-gloss glass-and-wood salon. Her place has a homey small-town salon feel--fun, really. To me it felt like a throwback to nicer times; less sizzle, more steak (less brushed steel, more heart). I really liked the work she did on my hair (cut, colour, highlights)--she just totally nailed the colour right, either because she was actually tuned into what I was expressing, or because she's actually skilled with color, or probably

I would also not give even one star to this place. It is disgusting inside, the owner PINA is extremely rude. The website is misleading. DO not go there for any services. It is a dump with a menopausal, crazy owner. And yes, she also harassed me over the phone like in the review above. The lady needs medication.

The only reason I am raring it 1 star is because there is no 0 star option. It is cold, dark and not relaxing whatsoever. The owner harassed me and was very unprofessional, she even had the nerve to harass me continously over the phone afterwards. The establishment was extremely dirty and uncomfortable
This place is nasty and completelly opposite of a pleasurable spa experience. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy, and for the price you could go on a vacation with a better spa included.
