My first time ever going to Blue diamond even though I grew up in Saskatoon was a pretty good experience. The food was very tasty and came out as we had requested and it was not. The service was great and they have a large dining room. My only complaint is that it doesn't look like they have done any reps in over 25 years, the decor is very dated and the location is a little scary.

Ordered takeout and got two blue diamond burgers. The burgers came with no buns. When i called to inquire i was advised that the buns were there underneath.we lifted everything out and no buns were there. The person i spoke with continued to argue with me saying the buns were there but with two people and two different burgers you can't even argue that; then he hung up on me. That is the worst customer service i have ever received.

Just called to place an order and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Called back to speak with the manager but he was unavailable. The lady who answered was nice, however their excuse was that they were busy. Very disappointed as we wanted to try it for our first time.

We just took my parents to Blue Diamond for supper The T Bone was awesome , My wife loved Pasta My parents loved what they It was a very reasonable the service was beyond perfect Rose was fantastic The only thing wrong was I had to pour my own water LOL ( Thats a private joke between me and Rose ) We will be back to the Blue Diamond every time we get to Saskatoon The Panhandlers by the door way were a pain , But thats not Blue Diamonds fault
