I called Kalfa Law and spoke to Shira. She was very nice, friendly, and informative. I had questions about taxes for incorporations and she was able to explain everything with great examples that made understanding much easier. She was patient in allowing me to reiterate what she explained to make sure I understood and was gentle to clarify if needed.
