Hiring Mila and The Spring Team was the best decision we made!
My partner and I started on our journey to find our first place together over a year ago, and honestly, without Mila's assistance, I am not sure that we would have found our perfect new condo downtown.
Full disclosure I sell cars for a living... So when I tell you that I have natural apprehensions about salespeople not shooting me straight and trying to jam me into anything just to receive a commission, I do.
Because of this, I kept waiting for Mila to give us "The hard push" and to say - "Just pick a place already!"

The Spring Team was more than an estate team, they are 100% full service. Due to circumstances we could not be physically present for the turnover of our rental property. The Spring Team took full charge of helping oversee our renovations while securing us wonderful tenants. They took a very stressful situation for us and helped navigate it to the best result. My cousin and I worked with Mojgan Khatibi to find an apartment for my daughter and her roommate. We were frazzled and out of time after many frustrating dead ends in the apartment-hunting race. That was not the case at all for me! Matt Gravina was my realtor and from the beginning.He walked me through the entire process, was there for me for any questions (even the ones that had nothing to do with him) and even helped me connect with a great lawyer and mortgage broker.
