2019 - Richard took care of every detail without fuss or complication. I got a quick sale which set a new record for the building - despite my unit being north facing, and on a lower floor. I was very pleased. Five stars.
2022 - a lot of agents don’t like handling rentals when they specialize in sales - but Richard took on the job cheerfully and professionally. The unit was cleaned, staged and photographed beautifully - resulting in about six requests for showings - and two offers on day #1.

Richard Silver is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and responsive; he was able to correctly figure out what style of building and apartment would match our (perhaps idiosyncratic!) preferences, needs and tastes. My experience with Oliver Craven was wonderful! I had a very short timeframe to find a place to move within weeks, and I was not the easiest client by any means. I had custom built office (desk & cabinet system) I needed moved into a rental unit as well as mounted TV's and installed chandeliers along with very specific asks (parking, storage, budget, etc)!
