My time at Kalev fitness was very short lived about 2 months. I was very disappointed with the quality of the equipment. very poor! The gym was very dirty and poorly sanitized. In a basement with poor lighting, feels depressing. After trying to stop my membership they did not do so and ignored my calls. I had to cancel my visa so they stopped charging me. I receive an email weekly from them saying I owe over $2000 lol. I emailed them saying it's wrong and they so not care. This is probably the worst gym you could attend! Do not sign up you will regret it.

Kalev is great for offering programs that help with accountability! They support you in a very welcoming way, they make the gym feel less intimidating and for the first time I feel like I can stick with a plan because they make it easy to do so. I'm looking forward to when I can do 5 push-ups in a row!

Great gym. It's clean and well equipped. Staff are friendly and personal trainers that I've used are great. Lots of classes (including kick boxing) and seminars of various kinds. It's not large but I've never experienced it being crowded. With covid protocols there are limits on levels of users so you book gym time too.

I clicked on a YouTube ad and joined the 4 week challenge to gain 4lbs of muscle mass. I didn't achieve this goal, but I got into really good shape, learned proper weight-lifting techniques from an awesome trainer and was motivated to work out a lot and eat well. It was worth the money. Everyone there is really cool and the gym is nice.

This is a great gym. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The facility is fully stocked with all the equipment that you would ever need and is well maintained. The TBS classes are an awesome workout. I would recommend Kalev Fitness to anyone looking for a place to workout.

I really enjoyed training at Kalev fitness. It doesn’t feel like any other gym, all of the trainers are very friendly, approachable and helpful. I did one of their challenges which really pushed me to get my fitness game on track. Great value for money, incredible trainers and great classes that cater for all needs. Bryan the manager is also exceptional at working around your schedule to fit in your PT sessions and answering any questions you may have about what Kalev have to offer!

I just completed the six week challenge. I didn’t quite believe I would stick with it. In the past I would start a new fitness/ weight loss program and eventually get frustrated by my lack of results and give up. The trainers and nutritional coaching helped me stick to it and finally begin to see the results. I am now hooked on lifting weights and eating healthier food than ever before. I’m so thankful to the staff and this program for helping to inspire me and commit to this health and fitness journey. I can’t wait to see what I will look and feel like in six months from now! I have finished my 4 weeks challenge and I must say it is a rewarding experience to be part of it. Not only I lost my weights, in the short weeks ,but I gained so much knowledge about nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle tips that will help me in the long run. I joined 4 week challenge at Kalev fitness with my last day being September 1st. With the goal of 4 % body fat loss I actually lost 5% body fat. Kalev have outstanding personal trainers, nutrition consultants and friendly supportive staff to help meet your fitness goal. I highly recommend Kalev fitness to everyone.

Just finished the 6 week challenge. After almost a year and a half of sitting at my computer in my basement, this was the thing that finally got me off my butt! Everybody was so supportive and friendly. The gym is lovely, and never over crowded.

Incredibly nice staff and a super clean place. There are designated zones for people to work out in so no one is too close together. I like the atmosphere and feel safe here. They have a lot of variety of equipment. Call to make sure you get a spot to work out, because it fills up fast and there is a limit to how many can be in an area at a time (very covid safe!).

I must say, after completing the 4 week challenge, I feel like I got a new lease on life and feel like a new self. I am now starting the new year off right with great new habits. Forming habits are the hardest part I found and this is the best takeaway I got after finishing the challenge.

I have followed the diet and the workout plan they laid out for me and have diligently worked out 5 times a week for 4 weeks.

The end result is that lost 11.2 pounds and 7.4% body fat at the end of 4 weeks. My amazing trainer Levi crafted a workout plan that was right for me and I received a lot of support

I took the 6 weeks challenge, where I was suppose to loose 3% body fat and earn 3% muscle. You have access to the gym, 1 personal training session a week and nutrition information. I didn't win the challenge but I was close, I lost the 3% body fat but I just earned 1.5% of muscle. That's why I decided to keep going to Kalev's gym, to keep working out and hit my own goals. Im so glad I took this 6 week challenge at Kalev fitness. Their strategy works if you put in the work!! It's an effort on both ends. The can give you all the tools you need to meet your fitness goals, but you have to use them! I went into the challenge after years of never working out and having terrible eating habits.
Mad and Phil are excellent trainers and gave me the confidence to start working out on my own. I actually enjoy working out now which I would NEVER say before.
And accountability was a huge thing I lacked, so having to constantly update Bryan on my progress kept me from slacking

This place definitely knows how to get you on a path to a healthier you. I finished the 4 week challenge which was an impetus to getting me back on track with a regular exercise routine. They are so knowledgeable not only about physical fitness, but also nutrition as well. All the instructors are excellent and I love how they alternate teaching the classes so it's very well rounded. Being in the midst of a pandemic, they have implemented social distancing precautions to ensure you stay safe while staying physically fit. I am someone who doesn't enjoy the traditional gym workouts but with quarantine fifteen I decided to give this place a shot. I booked a consult with Dristy and she explained all their packages to me very well. I was impressed with the range of services they offer. I highly recommend this place and Dristy for a consult.

Did a 4-week challenge twice because of Covid, KFS team paused and restarted it for me. Staffs are nice and helpful, refer to Bryan for all the info you need and Madeline for personal training, Levi is very knowledgeable nutrition wise. I like the facility and the fact that it's not too crowded, clean washroom!

Risk-Free? Risky advertising.

This is a two-part issue. In February, 2020 I began seeing advertising for a FREE and No Risk fitness challenge for Kalev Fitness. Great. I was excited and signed up based on the repeated NO RISK mentions in their advertising on both facebook and instagram, so I scheduled an appointment. Surprisingly, there is risk involved, to the tune of a $50 non-refundable deposit, and an additional $250 to take part in the challenge. This is allegedly refunded, should you successfully complete the challenge. Weird, sounds like there's risk involved to me, I brought this

Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean equipment. A changing/shower room thats actually maintained well and doesn't smell. Made some workout friends here despite being socially incapable. All in all a great place to start my workout and fitness career!

This company has very bad business practices. I wouldn't be surprised if they are faking their reviews as most of the reviewers only have 1 or 2 reviews. Don't be fooled by their false advertising. They have a false ad on social media to lure people into their gym. They are not offering anything for free. They try to sign you up to a $600-for-6 week challenge that they manage and if you lose 25 lbs or 6% body fat, you get your money back. Tried my first class (Power, speed and agility) at Kalev that I registered through classpass and I was quite surprised how well it went. Initially I registered thinking it was a spin class and was a bit worried when I found out when I arrived that it was more of a intense cross fit training class! The instructor was very friendly and was very attentive to all. It was a small class of 6 people that consisted training with kettlebells, row, chestpress, mountain climbers and several other cardio and ab workouts.
